Exchanges and Returns
To initiate a Return or Exchange, you have 48 Hours upon receiving the order to raise a request.
The merchandise has to be UNUSED, in ORIGINAL CONDITION and with TAGS/RECEIPTS INTACT.

Exchanges
We offer FREE EXCHANGES in case of sizing issues.
- For an exchange request, you can contact us at svelte@sveltecouture.in , or Whatsapp us on +91 6351160831 mentioning the ProductCode and Order Number (within 48 hours of receiving your order). We will send the instructions in detail on email.
- Once your exchange request is accepted, we will have the original item picked up from your delivery address & dispatch the exchange item as a replacement.
- All exchanges are subject to availability of the product required in exchange.
Returns
We offer EASY RETURNS in case you aren't satisfied with our products. Returns are processed in the form of Store Credit ( No Expiry )
Exceptions
1. In case of pattern customization or fabric changes, we will only be able to offer alterations. No Refund/Exchanges.
2. In case of size customization, if the body measurements fall outside of the popular sizes ( less than 32 inch chest or more than 40 inch chest ), we will only be able to offer alterations. No Refund/Exchanges.
3. In case of length customization, if the body height falls outside of the popular height ( less than 5'2'' or more than 5'6'' ), we will only be able to offer alterations. No Refund/Exchanges.
4.All clearance products are not eligible for returns/exchanges. We may entertain returns/exchanges on case by case basis depending on our discretion.
