- We offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. No minimum required. But we suggest clubbing multiple orders together to reduce carbon footprint.
- We ship to all SERVICEABLE ZIPCODES throughout India.
- Your order will be SHIPPED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS after the order is placed. Total delivery time depends on your city. Most metro cities take 2-3 business days for delivery POST shipping. Northeast and smaller cities may take a while longer.
- If you want faster deliveries, please WhatsApp or DM us to request for expedited shipping. We can only comply if it would be possible for expedited shipping in your zip code. It may take extra 400 per kg for next day shipping.
- Delivery is TRACKABLE and 100% insured. Tracking is recieved via Whatsappp and email.

- Orders once placed can't be cancelled. A credit note will be given if a client changes their mind.

- In case of COD orders that arent accepted by the customer and result in an RTO( Return To Original ), you will be placed on a blacklist and we wont service you again. Your future orders will have to be prepaid to avoid such repeated RTO attempts.
- You can avail both Pre-paid as well as COD options when placing your order. However, orders above Rs.5000 are not available for COD.
- Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right and it is our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- We may also require additional verification or information before accepting certain orders for security reasons. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be refunded in your account.
- Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door. If no one at the concerned address is available to receive it, you will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-attempting the delivery. In the case of multiple re-attempts with unsuccessful delivery, we may have to cancel the order and deduct the courtesy shipping fee.
